If they are out of stock, our Children's Valor Combat Systems 6oz Boxing Gloves will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive at your Club. If there is any delay, we will notify yourself accordingly.

  • Returns and Refund Policy

    Valor Combat Systems strives to provide high-quality Martial Arts products that meet our students' needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

     

    Returns:

     

    • You may return any unused or undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

     

    Refunds:

     

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

     

    Exchanges:

     

    • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our Administration Team to arrange the exchange.
    • Exchanged items will be shipped once the original item is returned to us and inspected for eligibility.

     

    Non-Refundable Items:

     

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

     

    Damaged or Defective Products:

     

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
    • We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

     

    Cancellations:

     

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
